ILC partners with pastors and ministry leaders across South Asia to provide biblical training, leadership development, and theological education. By investing in emerging and established leaders — pastors, church leaders, and emerging Christian leaders throughout the region — we are helping strengthen local churches and prepare faithful leaders who will serve their churches and communities for generations.

Investing in the Next Generation
This is a disruptive and innovative model in which, through a chaplaincy program developed by ILC's leaders, we partner with community volunteers and leaders throughout Costa Rica to invest in children through biblical teaching, educational programs, nutritious meals, and compassionate care. By creating safe spaces where children can learn, build meaningful relationships, and experience the love of Christ, we are helping raise a generation grounded in faith, hope, and purpose.
